  • To consumer reporting agencies.
  • In addition, we will disclose nonpublic personal information as you may direct us to, but only upon receiving your written consent.

How Do We Protect the Confidentiality, Security and Integrity of Information about You?
  We maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards to protect the information we collect about you.

  • Access to such information is restricted to individuals who need it in order to service your account and who are trained in the proper handling of such information.
  • Employees who violate the confidentiality requirements of Community National Bank are subject to disciplinary actions and possible termination of employment.
  • Community National Bank may also retain third party service companies to provide support services for maintaining your account information. Where third parties provide support services, we require them to conform to our privacy standards.

  It is important that the information we maintain about our customers is accurate and complete. We will attempt to keep customer files up-to-date, and accurate. If you decide to close your account(s) or your account becomes inactive, we will adhere to the privacy policies and practices as described in this notice. 

  This Privacy Policy has been prepared by Community National Bank. A copy of this policy will be provided to all customers annually, and at the time new customer relationships are established. This policy applies to all services and deposit and loan products provided by Community National Bank.
